A battle is looming Near Modera Between Massena's 2nd Italian Corps & the Venetian Army.
The Siege of Parma continues.
British Marines have landed & seized control of Reggio.
The KoN Fleet slipped away to the south of the English & ran for base.

The Venetians won a Tactical Victory in the battle of Modena.
They then moved into the city.
French Forces had to retreat from the area.

The Siege of Parma continues.
